As China has become increasingly prominent in the convention and exhibition map of the world, Chinese people working in international related industry organizations are also receiving increasing attention. While China's convention and exhibition industry is developing rapidly, it is also sparing effort to promote the comprehensive capabilities of convention and exhibition construction.

 

Recently, at the conference on the competitiveness index of China's urban convention and exhibition industry held in Chengdu, experts from academia, academics and senior professionals were invited to discuss how to realize the strategic objectives of China's proposition, the program of China and the new economic development through exhibitions under the new era.

 

Clear positioning of the industry, explore urban advantages and establish a management mechanism are three most important actions for it.

 

First, reform and management system; second, promote innovation and development; third, optimize the market environment; fourth, strengthen policy guidance. Subsequently, in accordance with the requirements of the State Council, all localities have successively formulated the development strategy and planning for the convention and exhibition industry in the region.
